Hello
As the Founder and Lead Therapist at Wildflower Hill Therapy, I am passionate about providing specialist, compassionate care in a space where people feel genuinely seen, understood, and supported. I founded Wildflower Hill Therapy to create the kind of service I would want for my own family - combining clinical excellence with warmth, authenticity, and genuinely personalised care. My vision is for every client to feel relaxed, safe, and accepted from the moment they walk through the door.
With over a decade of experience in specialist NHS Eating Disorder Services, I bring extensive clinical expertise and deep compassion to my work. Alongside leading Wildflower Hill Therapy, I currently work as a Senior Eating Disorder Therapist within the NHS and am a fully accredited BABCP Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, specialising in eating disorders. In my NHS role, I provide one-to-one psychological therapy, facilitate group programmes for Binge Eating Disorder, and deliver training, supervision, and consultation to other clinicians working within specialist services. I am passionate about improving access to high-quality eating disorder treatment and helping people achieve lasting recovery.

My Bio & Approach
Specialisms: Eating Disorders, Body Image Issues, Yo-Yo Dieting, Perfectionism, Anxiety, OCD & Low Self-Esteem.
I am trained and experienced in delivering several NICE-recommended treatments for eating disorders, including CBT-E, CBT-T, MANTRA, and SSCM, alongside drawing on other evidence-based approaches to tailor therapy to each individual & needs. My background as both an Occupational Therapist (HCPC) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapist allows me to take a holistic approach, considering the wider impact an eating disorder can have on relationships, identity, work, and everyday life.
Alongside psychological therapy, I offer practical recovery-focused interventions including meal planning, supported meals in cafés and restaurants, cooking sessions, and real-world behavioural work to help people rebuild confidence and flexibility around food. I have extensive experience working across the full spectrum of eating disorders, as well as supporting individuals experiencing body image difficulties, perfectionism, anxiety, OCD, and low self-esteem. Every treatment plan is tailored to the individual.
My therapeutic style is collaborative, compassionate, and down-to-earth. I believe therapy shouldnt feel formal or intimidating, and I aim to create a space where you can be yourself. Whilst eating disorders and mental health difficulties are serious, I also value warmth, lightness, and humour where appropriate. These moments often strengthen the therapeutic relationship and remind us that recovery can include joy alongside the hard work.
I understand how daunting it can feel to reach out for support, and I believe lasting recovery comes from feeling both challenged and understood. Together, we'll create a treatment plan tailored to your goals, helping you move beyond symptoms and towards a life that feels meaningful, fulfilling, and no longer defined by food, weight, or self-criticism.
