We believe in transparency around fees. Please visit our Fees page for full, up-to-date information on costs and programme pricing.

We do not bill insurance companies directly. However, many of our clients choose to access therapy using private health insurance by paying for sessions upfront and then reclaiming the cost through their insurer. We are happy to provide invoices and supporting documentation to assist with reimbursement, but we recommend checking the specifics of your policy with your provider before starting therapy.

Once a session is booked, you will be emailed an invoice with instructions for BACS payment. Payment is required at least 48 hours before your session in order to confirm and secure your appointment.
