Hello

As a Specialist Eating Disorder Dietitian at Wildflower Hill Therapy, I am passionate about helping people rebuild a balanced, flexible and nourishing relationship with food. I aim to provide a warm, inclusive and supportive space where clients feel understood and empowered to make meaningful changes that support both their physical and emotional wellbeing. I hold a BSc in Dietetics and am an HCPC-registered dietitian and member of the British Dietetic Association. I have over six years of experience working across both inpatient and outpatient services, supporting individuals with a wide range of eating disorders and nutritional difficulties.

I currently work as a Specialist Dietitian within Elysium Healthcare's inpatient eating disorder service for young people aged 12-18, supporting adolescents and their families through nutritional rehabilitation and recovery. Alongside my specialist eating disorder work, I have experience within other areas of healthcare, including gastroenterology, which allows me to take a holistic approach to nutrition and health. I also have extensive experience working with neurodiverse clients and understand the importance of adapting support to meet each individual's unique needs.

My Bio & Approach

Specialisms: All Eating Disorders and Eating Difficulties, Nutritional Rehabilitation, Neurodiversity, Gastrointestinal Concerns

My approach is collaborative, inclusive and evidence-based. I believe that successful recovery starts with understanding the whole person, not just their eating difficulties. I take time to develop a thorough understanding of each clients background, lifestyle and experiences prior to the development of their eating disorder, helping us build a shared understanding of the factors that may be maintaining current difficulties. Where helpful, this can also involve working alongside family members to gain a fuller picture and support recovery.

I understand that nutrition advice can often feel overwhelming, particularly when food has become a source of anxiety, stress or confusion. My aim is to make nutritional support practical, achievable and tailored to your individual circumstances. Together, we will develop realistic and personalised goals rather than following generic meal plans or rigid rules.

I am passionate about helping people make sustainable changes that support long- term recovery. I draw upon evidence-based frameworks, including the RAVES model and plate-by-plate approaches, helping clients move away from reliance on numbers, scales and measurements and towards a more flexible, trusting and enjoyable relationship with food. Whether you are recovering from a restrictive eating disorder, struggling with food-related anxiety, or looking to rebuild confidence around
eating, I will work alongside you with compassion and encouragement every step of the way.
