Hello
As a qualified psychotherapist, I’m passionate about offering thoughtful, evidence-based support in a space where you feel safe, understood, and genuinely supported. With seven years of experience working within NHS mental health services, I bring both clinical expertise and warmth to the therapy space. Throughout my NHS work, I have supported adults experiencing a wide range of mental health difficulties, with particular experience in anxiety and depression. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and I use these evidence-based approaches to help clients make meaningful, lasting changes.

My Bio & Approach
Specialisms: Anxiety Disorders, Trauma, PTSD, Phobias (including Emetophobia), OCD, Depression and Low Self-Esteem
CBT is a structured, practical therapy that helps you understand the links between your thoughts, feelings and behaviours. Together, we identify the patterns that may be keeping you stuck - such as worry, avoidance, compulsions, panic, or self-criticism - and develop clear, manageable strategies to help you move forward.
Alongside CBT, I am trained in EMDR, a specialist therapy particularly effective for trauma and anxiety-related difficulties. EMDR helps the brain reprocess distressing memories that may feel overwhelming or “stuck,” reducing their emotional intensity over time. Many clients find this approach especially helpful for PTSD, phobias - including emetophobia - and longstanding anxiety patterns rooted in earlier experiences.
I have extensive experience supporting individuals with anxiety, trauma and depression, and I understand how exhausting it can feel to live with persistent fear, intrusive thoughts, panic, or a harsh inner critic. My therapeutic style is warm, relaxed and
non-judgemental.
While we will work on important and sometimes painful aspects of your experiences, I believe therapy can also feel human, approachable, and even light at times. It is possible to do meaningful work in a way that feels safe and containing.
Whether your goal is to reduce anxiety, overcome a phobia, process trauma, or build stronger self-belief, I will work alongside you with compassion and clarity to help you feel empowered to make the changes you want in your life.
