Our Fees
Transparent - Fair - Flexible
We understand that starting therapy is a significant investment, and we believe it's important to be open and transparent about our fees. We also want a specialist treatment to be as accessible as possible, which is why we work hard to keep our fees fair whilst offering flexibility wherever we can.
Our individual therapy sessions range from £70 to £110 per 50-minute session, depending on the clinician's qualifications, specialist training, and experience. You can view each therapist's profile and individual fees on our Team page, allowing you to see exactly what each clinician charges.
Whilst you're welcome to choose your own therapist, we recommend getting in touch first. We know our team well and can match you with the clinician best suited to your needs, goals, personality, availability, and budget. Finding the right fit is key to successful therapy, and we’re here to guide you through the options.

If you are worried about the cost...
We appreciate that everyone's financial circumstances are different, and we never want the cost of therapy to stop someone from reaching out.
If finances are a concern, please let us know. Wherever possible, we will work with you to find an option that feels manageable - whether that's recommending a therapist whose fees are better suited to your budget or discussing a session frequency that makes treatment more affordable.
Our aim is always to strike the right balance between providing effective support and making therapy as accessible as possible.
